A surprising blend of mints. Perfect for after dinner and indigestion
Ingredients:
Garden Mint Mentha spicata
Peppermint Mentha piperita
Spearmint Mentha spicata
Chocolate Mint Mentha x piperita
Instructions:
Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend to 250ml of hot water(not boiling water).
Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain and drink with a spoon of honey or lemon if required.
