Chill Blend

A relaxing and sleep-induced blend. Perfect for bedtime.

Ingredients:

Lavender Pelargonium graveolens

Lemon Balm Melissa officinalis

Lemon Verbena Aloysia citrodora

Calendula Calendula officinalis

Instructions:

Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend to 250ml of hot water(not boiling water).

Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain and drink with  honey or lemon if required.
