Organic Hay fever Tea

A therapeutic blend of herbs that relieve hay fever and reduce allergic susceptibility.

Ingredients:

Stinging Nettle - Urtica urens

Elderberry - Sambucus nigra

Lemon Verbena -Aloysia citrodora

Instructions:

Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend

to 250ml of hot water(not boiling water).

Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain and

drink with a spoon of honey or lemon if

required.
