Organic Culinary Lemon Rose Tea

 A fragrant & delicious blend of zesty lemon and balancing rose. Both  uplifting and balancing.

Ingredients:

Lemon Verbena Aloysia citrodora

Rose Geranium Pelargonium graveolens

Rose Petals Rosa canina

Instructions:

Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend to 250ml of hot water(not boiling water).

Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain and drink with a spoon of honey or lemon if required.
