Organic Cold and Flu Tea

Soothes symptoms associated with colds and flu
Ingredients
Elderflower, Thyme, Peppermint, Echinacea, Wilde Als and Lemon Verbena
Instructions

Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend

to 250ml of hot water(not boiling water).

Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain and

drink with a spoon of honey or lemon if

required.
